Much of the parking in the surrounding neighbourhood is free for 2 hours. Some of the street parking closer to 17th Ave might have a fee (read the parking signs carefully). There is also a parkade available in the building. The entrance is below the Dollarama on 15th ave SW., see updated parkade fees here: https://impark.com/calgary/mount-royal-village-parking-garage/.

Enter Mount Royal Village and find the elevators at the back of the main hallway, near the Tim Hortons. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Exit the elevator, turn right, and take the hallway to the back corner. You will find me there in suite 501. My name is on the door (not the wall mount).
